It Cannot Record Suddenly

Please backup important documents, then format on the computer such as formatting can be used normally. Please clean up the virus on the computer. The Indicator Light Does Not Respond Or Keeps On In An Abnormal State

Please back up important files first, and then restore the factory settings. After connecting to the computer, click My Computer, find the mobile drive letter and right-click the mouse, select format, and then select Quick Format. This way, the factory reset can be completed, and most of the faults can be eliminated.

No Response After Connecting To The Computer

First, check whether the plug is inserted in place correctly, if the computer is still does not respond; try to switch to a different computer. Some computers cannot be recognized because of lack of drivers. If you still cannot get a response from a unit, please contact customer service.
